Born on May 23, 1978, at Thervayal, the individual stepped into public, social, cultural, and charitable activities soon after completing school education, and entered politics around the year 2000.
He was elected as the President of the Indian Union Muslim Youth League in Noolpuzha Grama Panchayat. Later, he served as the Panchayat Muslim League President and subsequently as the General Secretary of the Panchayat Muslim League, which provided him with opportunities to serve and support the people.
With strong public support, he contested for the first time as a public representative from Ward 16 in 2020 and won the election, which enabled him to assume the responsibility of Vice President of Noolpuzha Grama Panchayat. Over the past five years, rising above party politics, he actively participated in welfare-oriented activities for the people and the region with wholehearted public support and affection.
Later, in the 2025 Local Self Government Election, he was elected once again as a public representative from Ward 6 of Noolpuzha Grama Panchayat and became eligible to serve again as the Vice President of the Panchayat.
Currently serving as the Vice President of Noolpuzha Grama Panchayat, N. A. Usman continues to give priority to public service and welfare activities beyond caste and religious differences. He also remains actively involved in palliative care activities, charitable initiatives, and all other areas where people require support, working tirelessly regardless of time or circumstance.
With the overall development of Noolpuzha Grama Panchayat as the primary focus, he continues his service as one among the people.
